“5 Stars! I’ve been going for about 9 months, and I’ve seen a huge improvement in my strength and overall fitness! I love that my daughter and I can go together—it’s a place where you feel comfortable no matter your fitness level. The studio is welcoming, and the classes are challenging in a way that allows you to grow over time. There are advanced classes, and instructors often provide modifications, so even as you progress, you can continue to push yourself. Gabby is amazing—her energy is contagious, and she really motivates you to do your best. All the instructors are fantastic, each bringing something unique to the table!

The sessions are varied and challenging in a positive way, without feeling impossible, leaving you feeling accomplished. The studio has a welcoming community, and everyone is kind and helpful. The instructors are fantastic and knowledgeable. While I haven’t taken a class with all of them, my experiences with Bridget, Brandon, and Carmela have been amazing! This place is truly a hidden gem.”
